Battlestar Galactica prequel, set 50 years earlier, depicting a time before the Human/Cylon war. In the pilot, Daniel Graystone builds the first Cylon, Zoe-R, a robotic version of his daughter who died in a suicide bomb attack. Joseph Adama, father of future Battlestar commander William, joins him in grief after losing his own family in the same bomb blast, but he soon worries about the robot experiments.
